You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. lersont232 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users found to have submitted false or misleading information may have their accounts closed without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, falsification of transactions, or interference with system security.
Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or use unauthorised automated software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the lersont232 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts a range of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets such as GrabPay and Touch 'n Go Wallet, and other methods listed during the deposit process.
The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the method used and the account's verification level. All deposits are processed upon successful verification, and lersont232 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
To process a withdrawal, users must meet certain requirements, including full identity verification. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. lersont232 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
Lersont232 is not liable for any losses or delays resulting from the failure of third-party providers — such as banks or e-wallet operators — to process transactions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Grounds for Account Suspension
Lersont232 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time if a breach of the terms of use is detected. This includes, but is not limited to: confirmed underage use (below 18 years old), multiple accounts registered by the same individual, fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system, false information submitted during registration, and any actions that compromise the integrity of the platform.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users may request to close their own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting the lersont232 support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completed identity verification.
For users who have applied for self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds, the exclusion period is final and cannot be reversed within the agreed timeframe.
